Belly dancing and Pelvic Floor

Belly dancing originates from a ritual dance that helped ancient women to prepare for pregnancy and childbirth. It is approximately dated 30,000 BC and older than yoga. The  moves of belly dancing are invaluable for women's health, fitness and childbirth preparation and recovery.

There are specific moves that increase blood circulation in pelvic area, strengthen very deep muscles layers and ligaments of pelvis organs.

Bellyroll technique is not just a mesmerising move used in bellydancing. It is also incredibly useful fitness exercise for abdominal area. It allows women control abdominal muscles and intra-abdominal pressure.

Pelvic Floor Fitness training (system Vagiton) is based on one the principles of bellydancing. Muscles isolation. When we isolate different muscle groups and layers, we allow weaker muscles to be actively involved in the workout rather than survive on account of the work of stronger developed muscles.

In our Pelvic Floor Fitness we separate different pelvic floor muscles groups and make them train more effectively without any involvement from abdominal muscles, glutes or intra-abdominal pressure.
This system has helped thousands of women to treat pelvic related diseases without any medical intrusion. There are cases when women suffered infertility for years but got pregnant shortly after starting our programme. Ability to control your intra-abdominal pressure also allows to control pain during labour. Pelvic Floor Fitness ( system Vagiton) increases blood circulation in pelvic area, strengthen muscles and therefore improves low libido issues.
