Belly dancing originates from a ritual dance that helped ancient women to prepare for pregnancy and childbirth . It is approximately dated 30,000 BC and older than yoga. The  moves of belly dancing are invaluable for women's health, fitness and childbirth preparation and recovery. There are specific moves that increase blood circulation in pelvic area, strengthen very deep muscles layers and ligaments of pelvis organs. Bellyroll technique is not just a mesmerising move used in bellydancing. It is also incredibly useful fitness exercise for abdominal area. It allows women control abdominal muscles and intra-abdominal pressure. Pelvic Floor Fitness training (system Vagiton) is based on one the principles of bellydancing. Muscles isolation. Our belly dancing classes are suitable for ladies of ALL ages, body types and fitness levels. Location: Located in a newly refurbished fully equipped modern studio in  Bang Bang Oriental 399 Edgware Road, NW9 0FH  in  Colindale ,  North London  we offer a great service and high quality teaching to our clients. How to get there:  Our location is easily reached by public transport and we are conveniently based at a walking distance from  Colindale Tube Station( Northen line)  and  Kingsbury Tube Station (Jubilee line). There is also an easy access to the  buses commuting to  Central London . Is there a parking:  Free parking is available for the customers at the premises of  Bang Bang  Oriental Foodhall . It is shared with  Morrisons . Another huge supermarket there is  Asda  with some additional free parking as well.
